All shoe purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Exchanges (Errors on Our End Only)
We will only offer an exchange if a mistake was made on our end, such as:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving the wrong size
- Receiving a defective or damaged product
If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Exchange Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
- You may be required to return the original item before the exchange is processed

- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
